How do I know my booking is confirmed?
As soon as your payment goes through, you'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your booking ID, e-ticket or hotel voucher. You can also view it anytime from your Yatralo account.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Most bookings can be changed or cancelled online. Charges depend on the airline, hotel or package policy, which we always show clearly before you pay. Bookings marked "Free cancellation" can be cancelled without any fee within the stated window.
How long do refunds take?
Once a refund is approved by the airline or hotel, we process it immediately. UPI and wallet refunds usually arrive within 1–3 working days; cards and netbanking take 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), netbanking from 50+ banks, popular wallets and no-cost EMI on selected cards.
